‍‍It is a relatively easy technology for some and relatively more difficult for others. Firstly,There are two critical messages… No technique can stand alone. Secondly, just because a technique is new that doesn’t mean it has to solve every single problem to be worthwhile.

The following is an online education on Wikiversity. Many of the comments and lessons are similar and familiar, particularly if you think about the community engagement process as a mutual learning space.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF ONLINE COMMUNICATION

Flexibility: accessible 24×7, any place as long as you have an internet connection

Text-based: Predominantly relies on inputting text which can be challenging for those who don’t like to write or have poor keyboard skills, but with the advance of broadband connectivity and voice and video conference technology – this will be less of an issue.

Levelling: reserved people who usually don’t speak up can say as much as they like while “loud” people are just another voice and can’t interrupt

No physical cues: without facial expressions and gestures or the ability to retract immediately there’s a big risk of misunderstanding

Documented: unlike verbal conversation, online discussion is lasting and can be revisited

Information overload: a large volume of messages can be overwhelming and hard to follow, even stress-inducing

Choice: a quick question or comment, or a long reflective account are equally possible

Inefficient: it takes longer than verbal conversation and so it’s hard to reply to all the points in a message, easily leaving questions unanswered

Limitless: you can never predict where the discussion will go; the unexpected often results in increased incidental learning

Due to importance of the context site and its location, in terms of its proximity to Koohsangi Park and being adjacent to Koohsangi Street, which are both antiquated, the project hasbeen influenced by green space of Koohsangi Street. The designing process was done in a way to make the area of the project a flexible place for both residents and visitors.

About Location

Toos is one of the most famous and historical cities of Khorasan Razavi province. The name of the city, Toos, reminds Ferdowsi more than others. It is located 35 kilometers northwest of Mashhad. The origin of the Toos can be found in the plain of Kashfrud, which is included in the province of Toos with several large cities and many villages of valleys. Size of the city is about 16500 km. The historic history of Toos dates back to the ancient period (2nd century AH). Some history of the city and its construction have been attributed to Jamshid Pishdadi. In Avesta, Toos has come to the name “Oru” and it is one of the sixteen holy lands in Vendidad. It is also said that history of Toos is related to Persian hero of Shahnameh, and introduce his name with the city. The Avesta and Shahnameh have been spoken about Toos. In none of the pre-Sasanian sources, Toos has not been seen, and all the cities of the northeast of the country have been listed as a state during this period. The name of the Toos can be seen among the resources of the Sasanian era. In Shahnameh, “Sam” has fought and dragged Drago near Kashfrud in the city of Toos. 0.zFerdowsi reports the assassination of Sassanid Yazddard in this city. Most people in the city are Muslims with a Shiite religion. Other points of interest near the city include the “Dome of Haroonye” and “Pag Town”.
